Shuttlecock Return Policy

Please be advised that we are unable to accept returns for opened shuttlecock tubes. In the event of a return, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee should the returned items not meet the criteria for resale.

Racket Return Policy

We kindly request your attention to the following guidelines for returning or exchanging your racket, as we aim to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction:

  1. The manufacturer's plastic wrap on the handle should remain unaltered, with all original stickers and tags intact, preserving the condition as it was when you first received it. Additionally, please ensure the original cover is included.
  2. If you have requested that we string the racket for you, please be aware that it is considered a customized product. As such, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. In the event that you ordered an unstrung racket, but it was later strung by a third party, the racket is considered used and is not eligible for return.
  4. Rackets that come pre-strung from the manufacturer can be returned, provided that the manufacturer's plastic wrap on the handle remains unopened, and the strings exhibit no signs of wear and tear or usage.
  5. It's important to note that strung rackets fall into the category of "custom-tailored" products. Once a racket has been custom strung, orders for its cancellation cannot be accepted.

Shoe Return Policy

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unworn, maintaining its original condition, inclusive of all initial tags and packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee in cases where the item is returned in a condition unsuitable for resale.
